The Earth True Start Location map is incredibly detailed and historically accurate. Playing as China with real geographic constraints made the game much more immersive and challenging. The resource distribution is perfectly balanced too.

The Mediterranean Basin map is great for historical scenarios, but I found some civilizations had slightly better starting positions. Still, the attention to detail with city-state placement and natural wonders makes it one of my favorites for multiplayer games.
